Today's menu item is our store-bought Bakkanto Yaki-gyoza (grilled dumplings).
It is a very popular item that is handmade from the red bean paste in the sticky skin and carefully wrapped one by one by craftsmen.
The surface is baked to a crisp, and once you take a bite, you will be amazed at how much juices will fill your mouth.
