The famous "Bakushiru Gyoza" is made by hand, starting with the preparation of the meat filling, which is done by hand rather than by machine.
The secret of the explosive juice is animal collagen! Not just pork fat, but collagen is encased in gelatin and baked crispy and savory on an iron plate specially designed for gyoza.
We also offer a wide variety of other authentic Chinese & Taiwanese home-style dishes, such as the spicy but tasty "Bean Curd with Bean Paste" and "Stir-fried Shrimp with Chili Sauce" with plump and large prawns.
